1. What is the status of my order

Once you have placed the order you will get a confirmation mail. We have a shipping cycle of 2 weeks. Once your order is dispatched we will notify you and disclose the tracking number.

2. Can I change my order?

If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, you may change and modify your order. Once the oder has been fulfilled there is unfortunately no more chance to modify it.

3. Where do you ship?

As of right now, we only ship to addresses located within the EU. If you're not residing in the EU, feel free to shoot us a message and we will notify once shipment to your country becomes available.

4. How long does it take to ship my order?

Our mission is to be as sustainable as possible, that is why we try to right all the wrongs that fast fashion has. Therefore to avoid having products laying around in our warehouse and ending up not being sold, we produce our clothes made to order. This process takes a while but ensures every piece of LOVE:LOVE Tennisclub clothing is being used. You can expect the shipment 2 weeks after you've placed your order.

We accept Paypal, G-Pay, ApplePay, Klarna, Sofort bank transfer, as well as Mastercard and Visa.

2. What currency will I be charged in?

You will be charged in Euros.

3. Do you offer fast shipping?

As of right now, there is no fast shipping option.

4. How can I track my package?

After your order has been dispatched we will provide you a tracking number to keep track of your order status.

1. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns. If you want to return your order/parts of your order please contact us either through our contact page or by mail: play@lovelovetennisclub.store.
The returned items have to be in their original state with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. Can I exchange an item?

The best way to exchange an item is to just return it and once your return has been confirmed reorder the desired item.

3. Are returns free?

We dont support fast fashion, hence we encourage mindful shopping. That's why there is a charge of 3,99€ for returns.

4. How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return has reached our facility we will process it as fast as possible. That process usually takes 1-3 days.
